江宜樺：國發會得為國家未來打算

國發會今天正式揭牌成立，行政院長江宜樺表示，他對於國發會抱持極高的期待，盼國發會能協助行政院，擘畫出帶領國家邁進的施政計畫。

江宜樺指出，國發會得對於一個國家在10年、20年後的方向，看的更遠、想的更清楚。必須在不受干擾的情況下，盡心盡力為中華民國的未來做打算。

他表示，國發會是由經建會、研考會與工程會三個幕僚單位合併而成。在馬英九總統執政的這段期間，整併過程克服外界質疑等種種困難，實屬難得。

他說，期盼國發會的成立，能發揮不只是數量上整併的一加一效果，而對國家未來的人口政策、人才培育、國土復育與區域發展作出長遠規畫，並能發揮振興經濟的功能，在社會公義下，持續改善貧富不均和所得分配的問題。
