美準備派特使赴北韓助裴俊虎獲釋

韓裔美籍傳教士裴俊虎（Kenneth Bae）向美國請求協助後，美國20日表示已向北韓提議派遣特使金恩前往北韓商討釋放事宜。

裴俊虎出現記者面前，表示希望美國政府能協助他返鄉。一名官員告訴路透，北韓當局既然肯讓裴俊虎與記者會面，顯示他們已有釋放他的意願。

官員說，美國已向北韓提出建議，由金恩赴北韓確保裴俊虎獲釋，正等待北韓答覆。

裴俊虎於2012年11月在北韓被捕，其後被控意圖推翻北韓政府且被判15年勞改。

數星期前遭到北韓拘押的美國退伍老兵紐曼，最近獲得北韓釋放。
