親俄民兵向歐安組織觀察員車隊鳴槍

烏克蘭局勢仍然緊張，大約40名親俄民兵，向歐洲安全與合作組織觀察員的車隊鳴槍，阻止他們進入克里米亞。

另外，俄羅斯否認在克里米亞加派軍隊，聲稱只是加強保護克里米亞的海軍基地，並與當地自衛隊一起工作。

不過，烏克蘭邊防衛隊表示，俄羅斯已經派出近3萬兵力，超出協議的5000兵力。

烏克蘭駐俄羅斯大使在莫斯科與俄羅斯副外長會面。俄方指會面氣氛真誠，但官員未交代，有無討論克里米亞問題。

烏克蘭臨時總理亞采紐克表示準備與俄羅斯談判，但俄羅斯必須首先撤軍。
