罕見放射菌作怪 男喉嚨痛數月

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南2014年4月21日電）台南市一名呂姓男子因喉嚨痛了3個月找不到病因，進一步檢查後發現是罕見的「後咽壁放射菌」，經手術切除獲得緩解。

台南市安南醫院耳鼻喉科主治醫師邱怡喬今天在院內衛教宣導會中表示，62歲的呂姓男子因吞嚥時喉嚨隱隱作痛，四處求醫卻找不出病因，最後到安南醫院耳鼻喉科就醫。

邱怡喬指出，經檢查發現病患左側後咽壁有黃色疣狀突起物，以棉棒去碰觸時，病患明顯感到疼痛。經與病患討論後，門診隔天就以局部麻醉方式，完全切除後咽壁的腫瘤。

邱怡喬說，經病理化驗後證實腫瘤是「放射菌」所引起。病患經服用盤尼西林類抗生素約1星期後，術後恢復良好並定期追蹤，苦纏3個月的喉嚨痛終於獲得緩解。

邱怡喬指出，後咽壁放射菌的病例相當罕見，查到的文獻中只有1982年曾有病例紀錄。因放射菌所形成的腫塊與一般惡性腫瘤外觀極為相似，容易造成民眾的恐慌；民眾若喉嚨痛時間超過2個星期，就應盡速到醫院檢查，平常也要做好口腔保健，以免讓病菌有機可乘。
