加州禁用塑膠袋法案生效 明年中起實施

美國加州州長布朗30日正式簽署禁用塑膠袋法案，加州成為全美第一個全面禁止單次使用塑膠袋的州。明年夏季起，加州大型日用品商場將不提供塑膠袋，2016年起便利商店和藥妝店也將開始禁發。民眾若需要塑膠袋，至少得花10美分（約台幣3元）自費購買。
