男子假冒議員 闖安檢見歐巴馬

彭博社10月3日報導，美國總統歐巴馬9月27日出席「眾院黑人議員連線」（Congressional Black Caucus）頒獎晚宴，一名男子冒充民主黨籍國會眾議員潘恩，通過層層安檢，進入晚宴會場後台，遭白宮職員識破後才請他離場。

這名男子沒有被逮捕；白宮官員也對此事不知情，潘恩的幕僚長也說未聽聞此事。

負責維護美國總統安全的特勤局近來爆出一堆維安紕漏，包括退伍軍人龔薩雷茲9月19日持刀夜闖白宮，歐巴馬9月16日視察行程中一度與佩槍且有前科的民間保全員共搭電梯等。特勤局前局長茱莉亞．皮爾森10月1日請辭獲准。
