馬習會破局？ 王郁琦：陸未正面回應

親民黨立委陳怡潔下午在立院質詢時詢問江揆，APEC領袖會議將至，「馬習會」是否確定破局？江揆答詢時表示，目前並未得到陸方對APEC期間能否舉行馬習會有正面回應。

陸委會主委王郁琦表示，政府立場多次表達「馬習會」最佳場合是在APEC，但中國大陸到目前為止沒有鬆口，並未贊同我方主張。

至於由誰代表出席APEC人選？江揆表示府方仍在討論，最後名單會由總統公布。

陳怡潔質疑，習近平「一國兩制」主張，是習用來堵死「馬習會」的暗示；王郁琦表示，「應該是沒有關係。」

陳怡潔質疑APEC出席名單拖這麼久，是否有高層在幕後下指導棋？王郁琦表示，我方向來對馬習會樂觀其成，不會為馬習會而馬習會，「若兜不攏，不會強求。」
