版上的前輩們大家好， 我目前已取得創見和啟碁的正式offer， 現在面臨抉擇時刻，希望大家幫忙提供意見做參考，謝謝。 不知道在未來發展上、部門風氣如何呢? (本身中字輩碩畢，有過2年品質工程師經驗+1年PM經驗) 公司 創見 啟碁 地點 內湖 竹科 職稱 品管工程師 品保工程師 工時 8:30~19:00(!?) 9:00~19:00(!?) 月薪 N+2.5K N+5K 年薪 保障15個月(季獎金!?) 保障14個月(獎金另計) 住宿 家 租屋 交通 公車 機車 出差 無 偶爾 備註: 創見:自己在104主動投的，面試完的兩天即確定錄取。 在薪資部分希望再向上提高，但直接被HR(!?) or 直屬主管(!?)打槍 啟碁:啟碁高層主管主動聯繫，雙方私下連絡多次，可以感受到對方的重視與求才的心。 在薪資部分主管也積極幫忙向HR爭取。(這點滿感動) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.249.222.98 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1403875982.A.4A1.html
