呂後天拜會張博雅 要求調查監獄人權

法務部次長陳明堂今在立院表示，陳水扁能否保外就醫，不應給予「額外的壓力」。宣布本月28日下午絕食救扁的前副總統呂秀蓮今晚「不以為然」，她表示，根據監獄行刑法第五十八條，法務部老早就該核准阿扁保外就醫，如今卻怠忽職守，以致讓他百病纏身、身心俱殘，法務部可能對其他罹病受刑人更加怠慢失職。

呂秀蓮也表示，後天下午她將拜會監察院長張博雅，請求監察院全面調查全國各監獄及看守所，檢視有多少罹病受刑人未受合理照顧或阻延其保外就醫。

（中央社記者田裕斌台北22日電）威力彩今天再度摃龜，連摃27期，台灣彩券預估，25日威力彩頭彩獎金將上看新台幣10億元，若1人獨得將創史上第9高單注獎金。

台彩預估，下期威力彩銷售金額上看4億元，累積頭彩獎金10億元，是今年第3高頭彩獎金。

投注站業者也指出，威力彩頭彩已經3個月沒有開出，近期彩迷除了第2區的1至8號全包外，也有彩迷採取第1區號碼快選、第2區號碼1至8號的另類包牌策略，希望提高中獎率。

此外，大樂透頭彩近期也突破1億元的保證中獎金額，23日開獎的大樂透頭彩上看1.3億元。1031222
