美聯社報導，美國勞工部16日說，全美近半數的州上個月失業率降到6%以下，這表示美國就業市場改善情況雖然緩慢，但在擴大中。

勞工部說，四月分有43個州的失業率下降，2個州上升，5個州維持不變。企業聘雇也在增加中：39個州的工作機會增加，10個州的工作機會減少，內布拉斯加州維持不變。

四月分有25個州的失業率為5.9%或更低。美國聯準會把「完全就業」訂為失業率5.2%到5.6%，之所以訂在這個層級，是因為如果失業率更低，通膨就會上升。

高雄市原住民事務委員會昨天舉辦文化市集，展售原住地區當季紅肉李，主委范織欽宣布這是他任內最後一次辦活動。他說，他決定投入下屆市議員選舉，回到地方為住民同胞服務。

曾擔任國中校長的范織欽，在高雄縣併入大高雄市後，由市長陳菊力邀出任市政府原民會主委，日前他向市長陳菊請辭獲准，遺缺由副主委谷縱．喀勒芳安接任；市長陳菊昨天表示，支持范織欽辭職競選茂林區市議員，希望他當選市議員以平等的態度對待所有市府官員。

文化市集還表揚辛苦的原民媽媽，會場也展示當季紅肉李銷售，還有烤肉、香腸、竹筒飯、吉納富，軟Q的麻糬，滑潤清涼的愛玉及精美手作琉璃珠、十字繡、皮雕、木雕等藝品。

原民市集上午安排寶貝媽媽親子活動，讓孩子對媽媽獻上溫暖擁抱，以溫馨感人方式說出「我愛媽媽」，搭配嘹亮天籟及熱情舞蹈。

原民市集地點設在前鎮區翠亨北路原民會前聚會所，5月24日還有一場文化市集，6月起固定於每月第一、三周的周六舉行，集結原住民精美手作藝品、獨特風味餐、當令的農特產品及水果DIY教學。

【大紀元2014年05月16日訊】（大紀元記者吳安妮編譯報導）5月15日（週四），美國白宮網上發佈財務資產報表文件。該文件顯示，奧巴馬總統和他的妻子米歇爾在去年2013年的資產估值達700萬美元左右。

《紐約時報》報導，1978年，美國通過《政府道德法案》(Ethics in Government Act)，所有高級政府官員被要求必須公佈他們的財務資產報表。奧巴馬所領導的政府是第一個在網上發佈財務資產狀況報表的政府。

根據白宮所公佈的財報文件顯示，奧巴馬總統的大部份收入來自於他所出版的3本書的稿費以及財務投資的收益。這3本書分別為1995年出版的個人回憶錄《Dreams From My Father》，這本書銷路最好，為他帶來美金5萬-10萬的收入。

第2本書是在2006年出版的《The Audacity of Hope》，為他賺取1.5萬-5萬美元。第3本則是2010年所出版的《Of Thee I Sing: A Letter to My Daughters》，為他帶來5千-1.5萬的收入。

而奧巴馬當上總統之後，這3本書的銷售量每年都在下降。與米歇爾共同持有的國債是他們最寶貴的資產，市值介於100萬-500萬美元。但該文件只要求奧巴馬列出其夫婦的廣泛的資產和收入，所以難以確定在總統夫婦的確切財產數額。

在2014年4月所公佈的奧巴馬夫婦的2013報稅表顯示，奧巴馬夫婦的調整後總收入48萬1098美元，兩人共支付9萬8169美元的聯邦稅。

當天同時公佈的還有副總統拜登（Joseph R. Biden Jr.）的財務資產報表，顯示拜登於2007年所出版的書《Promises to Keep》，在2013年，只為他賺取了201美元的收入。副總統拜登的調整後總收入為40萬7009美元，支付了9萬6378美元的聯邦稅。

白宮新聞發言人卡尼（Jay Carney）在一份聲明中說：「無論是總統還是副總統都沒有任何利益衝突，他們的財務資產報表已獲獨立的政府道德辦公室的審核和認證。」

卡尼說：「為了顯示政府的透明度，我們將持續在網上發佈這些訊息的這個做法。」

從高端的奢華精品到小資男女負擔得起的平價時尚，消費市場中近來掀起「CSR消費新風潮」。消基會秘書長雷立芬表示，CSR消費趨勢已逐漸在國內形成，政府有必要介入，可建立標章認證或由某特定中立團體進行監督以保障消費者。

買CSR產品 36%願多花1成預算

104資訊科技最新調查發現，民眾願意優先，且多花近16%的預算購買有做到企業社會責任的CSR產品。其中，高達三成六的人，願意多花5.1%~10%的預算，願意多花10.1%~22%者，也有二成二；其次有二成左右民眾表示願意多花5%以內預算購買CSR產品，平均是15.7%。

CSR消費在歐美相當成熟，美國尤其盛行，網路眼鏡品牌Warby parker、休閒鞋品牌TOMS都是目前當紅的火熱公益品牌。前者自2010年開始至今已捐出50萬支眼鏡給貧困兒童，後者更是近幾年因成功建立「你買我送」商業模式而大出風頭，TOMS從2006年成立於美國加州開始到現在，已經捐出超過1000萬雙公益鞋給發展中國家的貧窮小朋友。

國內未把關 任由賣家說故事

雷立芬表示，CSR消費概念應該被支持，但目前國內似乎沒有一個官方認可的中立團體或機構把關，只是任由賣家們自己「說故事」，對多數想響應的消費者來說，有時也難免會感到無所適從，不確定自己多支出的預算，是否真被業者用來投入公益。

有鑑於國內CSR消費風氣愈來愈盛，雷立芬表示，目前消基會已經著手計畫將從教育層面做起，讓消費者從認識CSR消費新趨勢開始，並與消費者分享如何辨識選購CSR產品，以及加強監督與檢視所謂標榜CSR的業者和店家。

人民幣兌美元即期匯價昨（15）日以6.2306元兌1美元收盤，較上個交易日貶值17個基點；但人民幣兌美元匯率官方中間價為6.1640，升值13個基點，結束連五日下跌。即期匯價與中間價背離，保持狹幅波動，市場謹慎氣氛仍重。

大陸外匯交易中心顯示，14日人民幣官方中間價報6.1653元，較前一交易日繼續下跌17個基點，創年內新低，不過，15日已出現反轉升值走勢。

大智慧阿思達克報導，受隔夜美元小幅回落影響，昨天人民幣兌美元中間價結束連五日下跌，帶動人民幣即期早盤開高。

交易員指出，當前美元有走強跡象，只是會對人民幣貶值帶來多大的作用，還不確定，畢竟很多人為影響還是比較明顯。

昨天雷霆擊敗快艇取得西區冠軍賽門票後，杜蘭特 (KevinDurant)在場邊被捕捉到有趣一幕，他將自己的比賽鞋脫下來送給場邊觀戰的高球名將華森 (Bubba Watson)，令人好奇兩人的交情。

原來，這一切要從「Mr. Unreliable」說起。

雷霆在季後賽第1輪出戰灰熊陷入苦戰，打完前5戰，灰熊以3勝2敗搶先「聽牌」，雷霆站在淘汰邊緣，奧克拉荷馬媒體直接在報導標題上砲轟杜蘭特為「不可靠先生」，僅管報社編輯隨即出面道歉，但已引起軒然大波。

華森說：「就在那篇報導出來後，我傳了簡訊給杜蘭特，那是我看過最愚蠢的標題了！我猜，這則報導標題激勵了杜蘭特。」他笑說，「又或者，是我的簡訊激勵了他。」
