長華購買台灣住礦電子7成股權

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2013年12月25日電）IC封裝材料通路商長華電材 (8070) 董事會通過，向SMM集團購買台灣住礦電子70%股權，交割完成後，住礦電子將成為長華100%子公司。

長華表示，轉投資台灣住礦電子原始持股30%，今天董事會決議通過向SMM集團購買住礦電子70%股權，交割完成後，住礦電子將成為長華100%子公司。

長華集團董事長黃嘉能表示，預估明年3月底可交割完成。

長華表示，SMM集團基於材料事業結構改造過程中，評估對大尺寸捲帶式薄膜覆晶(COF)事業進行根本性改革，通盤考量後，決定將SMM集團持有的70%住礦電子股權讓售給長華。

長華表示，長期耕耘電子材料事業，審慎考量與公司本業相關資源整合後，董事會決議透過向SMM集團購買台灣住礦電子70%股權，全力投入基板材料事業發展。
