赴韓旅行 集體旅客腹痛腹瀉

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園機場27日電）台灣2個赴韓旅行團，共36位旅客昨天在韓國一家餐廳用餐後腹痛腹瀉，至於是否為病毒感染，確切原因仍待釐清。

國內2個旅行團成員幾天前前往韓國旅遊，但昨天在行程結束前，在一家餐廳用餐後，卻發生疑似腸胃炎的症狀，有人腹痛如絞，有人多次急著上廁所。

兩團共36位遊客今天下午搭機回台，有旅客表示吃了餐廳內烤肉、泡菜後後肚子感受不適，也聽說同一時間到餐廳內用餐的香港遊客，也傳出相同症狀。

旅行社在旅客下飛機後，發給每人新台幣1200元的慰問金，並表示將追查原因，也不排除考慮換掉在這家餐廳用餐的安排。

疾病管制署機場人員除了記錄旅客資料外，也進行衛生教育宣導，讓旅客安心。至於團員發生腹痛確切原因，究竟是食物中毒或是病毒感染，仍待進一步調查。1021227
