軍冤案退件率高　家屬質疑玩假的！成立協會籲修法

因洪仲丘案，行政院軍事冤案申訴委員會自去年8月29日成立，但7日卻遭多位役男家屬共同召開記者會，控訴52件申訴案，竟被退回51件，退件率太高，令家屬十分不滿，同時當場宣布成立「軍中人權暨受害者家屬協會」。

立委陳歐珀也質疑政府「玩假的」，呼籲委員會應用同理心對待家屬，將退件的理由說明清楚，給家屬事實的真相。

立委蔡煌瑯則表示，軍事冤案申訴委員會已經成為國防部塘塞調查軍中人權的遮羞布，我們要修法，拿掉20年的調查上限，放寬受理條件。
