男子抓狗進補？ 婦人報警逮人

蔡姓男子涉嫌抓流浪狗欲宰殺，昨天被逮捕，他否認要販售，辯稱抓狗進補。蔡有違反動物保護法的前科，動保處獸醫師洪振凱表示，若經查證，確定蔡再次宰殺犬隻，則觸犯動保法規定，5年內累犯2次，可處1年以下有期徒刑、或100萬以下罰金。

警方與動保處人員前往嘉義縣蔡的住處搜索，雖未查獲狗肉，但把刀具送驗，進一步追查他是否有殺狗及販售狗肉。

昨天蔡在安南區公墓附近欲捕狗，被掃墓的吳姓婦人撞見，吳擔心狗慘遭毒手，報警抓人。
