張德正二度無保請回 責付律師

男子張德正開貨車衝撞總統府，檢方聲請羈押，昨天被台北地方法院裁定無保請回，檢方不服提起抗告成功，今天下午再度重開羈押庭，台北地方法院經過一整個下午的審理，維持原裁定，責付律師，無保請回；也就是由律師保證他不會逃亡，張德正今晚終於可以回家吃年夜飯，但檢方也當庭表示，要繼續提出抗告。
