（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2014年3月18日電）測試設備大廠愛德萬測試(Advantest)推出電源供應(DPS)單元模組，可支援eFlash記憶體IC等測試。

愛德萬測試表示，高密度元件電源供應單元模組，可讓V93000測試平台提供待測元件所需較大的操作電壓區間，透過相關模組，V93000平台可從低通道擴充成高通道。

愛德萬測試指出，V93000測試平台搭配高密度元件電源供應單元新模組，可並列同測1024個獨立元件，多元件並測效率高達99.9%。在小型A級或C級測試頭配置下，電源供應單元新模組可針對多電源域測試提供極高密度，提供經濟效益高的解決方案。

愛德萬測試表示，高密度元件電源供應單元模組適合各種元件測試應用，包括eFlash及單次可程式記憶體(OTP)等。

愛德萬測試表示，透過電源供應單元模組，V93000平台可成為高密度測試設備，許多eFlash記憶體廠商，特別是中國大陸廠商，對相關產品抱持高度興趣。
