摩根大通 封殺俄國外交匯款

俄羅斯外交部1日表示，美國摩根大通銀行已經阻擋俄國駐哈薩克大使館支付保險費的匯款，理由是「依據美國對俄羅斯實施的制裁」。

俄國外交部批評這項行動「無法接受、非法且卑鄙」，並警告任何不利於俄國外交任務的行為，都將影響美國駐俄羅斯大使館及領事館的運作。
