電腦游標變成手指狀

想詢問有關滑鼠游標的狀況

平常在開啟檔案的時候
將游標移到圖示上時
正常來說應該還是箭頭的圖案
要開啟資料夾或檔案要點兩下

但是現在
我的電腦不知道是不小心動到什麼
還是中毒了

當我將游標移到資料夾或檔案的圖案上
就會從"箭頭"變成在網頁中開啟連結時的"手指"
要開啟時，只需點一下就可以打開

困擾我的地方是::
要開啟資料夾時
他都會自動開啟新的視窗
讓我在開啟資料夾會有很多個視窗出現

跪求大大幫忙解決
