偷情嘿咻「女上男下」表情自然　女告性侵法官不信

「女上男下」搞嘿咻，告性侵告不成！一名水電工和一名美髮師，各自有家庭卻擦出愛的火花，雙方搞出不倫戀，結果卻被男方的老婆捉到，還拍到2人的性愛畫面。不料女方卻連手和老公反對水電工提告性侵，法官勘驗畫面，發現美髮師表情自然且採「女上男下」姿勢，認定非遭脅迫判決性侵不成立。

檢警調查發現，55歲的詹男擔任水電工、42歲的黃女則是美髮師，2人在2010年結識後，意外發展出不倫戀，時常利用空檔在黃女工作處、或是詹男住處偷情。事後詹妻懷疑丈夫有小三，在房內裝監視器，果然拍到2人嘿咻的畫面，詹男得知後向妻子求情，詹妻心軟而未提告。

不料事發後1年，黃女竟偕同丈夫，控告詹男性侵和妨害家庭。根據《自由時報》報導，詹男坦承外遇否認性侵，被依妨害家庭判刑3個月，民事部分賠償黃女丈夫20萬；黃女控告性侵部分，則因表情自然看不出被脅迫，不起訴處分；另外詹男也對黃女提出民事求償，黃女喊冤稱遭設計，但法官判決黃女須賠詹妻30萬元。

詹男還反控黃女誣告、作偽證，檢方起訴後，法官審理認為，無法證實黃女故意虛構誣陷、且偽證部分因黃女主觀認定遭性侵所作出之陳述，無法證明故意陳述不實，因此都判決無罪。
