俄要烏克蘭預付天然氣費

俄國8日要求，俄國6月1日起供應烏克蘭的天然氣，烏克蘭必須預先付錢。烏克蘭今年2月推翻親俄政權之後，莫斯科將賣結烏克蘭的天然氣價格提高一倍，烏克蘭開始拒絕付帳，俄國能源部表示，烏克蘭到本周三 (7日)已積欠35億美元，因此「俄國要對供應烏克蘭的天然氣實施預付帳款制」。烏克蘭國庫早已空虛，如果因為付不出錢而被斷氣，則歐洲將立即面對能源短缺，因為歐盟使用的天然氣有將近15%經由烏克蘭天然氣管輸送。烏克蘭可能開始用俄國本來要輸給歐盟國家的天然氣。
