桂盟（5306）下半年將正式購買天津桂盟100%股權，同時展開整合集團中國大陸工廠資源的第一步，今年將是桂盟整合集團中國大陸工廠資源的元年。

桂盟昨（20）參加櫃買中心所舉辦的「櫃買中心業績發表會」表示，整合大陸工廠資源、同時在引進禧瑪諾、巨大及美利達等為策略性投資人後，今後將為營運增添起飛的動能。
