挪用公款罪成 穆巴拉克囚3年

埃及開羅法院21日裁定，前總統穆巴拉克挪用公款罪成，判監3年，其兩名兒子也因相同罪名，各被判囚4年。穆巴拉克的代表律師表示會上訴。

根據裁決，穆巴拉克父子需繳交2110萬埃及鎊(約295萬美元)罰款，並要向國庫歸還1.25億埃及鎊(約1750萬美元)。

案情指出，86歲的穆巴拉克出任總統期間，父子三人挪用超過1億埃及鎊(約1400萬美元)原本用作修葺總統府的公帑，升級家族私人別墅設施。

穆巴拉克自去年8月起被軟禁在軍方一家醫院，等候有關他在2011年示威中下令殺害示威者的審訊。由於三人早前已因挪用公款罪被扣留一年，有關時間將從刑期中扣除。
