餐廳名稱：復興路炸醬麵 消費時間：2014年/9月 地址：宜蘭市復興路二段65號 營業時間：07:00~14:00 Blog圖文版：http://morrisyu.com/archives/3230 之前到宜蘭，在文昌路上的炸醬麵店吃過幾次，味道都蠻合自己的胃口，不過生意不錯有 時候要等蠻久的。 這次搜尋到位在復興路上的一家店，店招牌同樣只有炸醬麵三個字，查詢了一下原來是與 文昌路師出同門，是同兄弟開的，既然同兄弟就一樣來吃看看味道有何不同。 menu，兩家店的menu長得很像，賣的品項都一樣。復興路的用餐空間比較大，不會那麼擁 擠，而且附近也比較好停車。 麻醬麵，這天中午時過來，寬麵已經賣完只剩下細麵，麻醬的味道一樣很香，麵條也很Q 彈。 炸醬麵，與文昌路的相比，這兒的麵條份量似乎比較多一些，炸醬的味道也比較濃厚，麵 條一樣是Q彈有勁。 餛飩丸湯，份量不少，湯頭來說我比較喜歡復興路的。 兩兄弟相比並沒有太明顯的差異，不過是比較喜歡復興路的多一些。 -- @__ _,>/-_ 攝影‧旅行‧拈花惹草→Morris (_) \(_)________ http://morrisyu.com/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.105.64.97 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1412690502.A.D40.html
