陳德銘9日抵台進行環島之旅

大陸海協會長陳德銘預計12月9日抵台參訪八天，除了花東之外，他將赴南部以順時鐘方向環島一周，預計16日離台。陳德銘在離台之前，還將參加15日在台北舉辦的兩岸企業家高峰會。
