高雄市36歲的曾姓消防隊員利用網路販賣毒品，被彰化警方查獲81包毒品，彰化地方法院昨天判處曾姓男子2年10個月徒刑。

警方表示，曾男在網路聊天室以「咖啡」作為代稱，並將毒品裝成即溶咖啡包，定價80包約2.6公克售價2萬元。彰化警方喬裝成買家與曾男約好販賣數量與面交地點，1月初在溪湖鎮員鹿路的便利商店外見面。警方查驗身分時，曾男還佯裝不知情試圖離開。但警方仍將他帶回警局，並在毒品上找到曾男指紋，讓他百口莫辯。

曾男表示，他被債務問題逼得走投無路，只好鋌而走險販毒，但第一次交易就失手，警方偵訊後移送法辦，彰化地方法院依法官認為他身為公務人員還知法犯法加重其刑，判處2年10個月。
