電子信箱部分停擺 雅虎道歉

雅虎信箱（YahooMail）停擺今天進入第2天，雅虎向使用者致歉。他們表示，主要是因為「硬體問題」才導致部分用戶無法使用電子信箱。

雅虎信箱自9日深夜開始部分停擺，但雅虎沒有透露多少用戶受到影響。

雅虎通訊產品資深副總邦福特（Jeffrey Bonforte）代表公司道歉。

他說部分停擺原因是某個數據中心硬體出問題，且比原先預期還要更難解決，已經派出數十人不眠不休尋找解決方案。
