春節國道費率 擬每公里1元

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北2013年12月18日電）國道計程收費30日將上路；不過，明年春節假期，考量中長途用路人需求，費率將單一化。高公局初步研議擬每公里新台幣1元。

根據高速公路局公告的國道計程費率，每天每車都可享免費里程20公里，裝eTag車輛費率打9折。小客車行駛里程低於200公里時，每公里1.2元，大於或等於200公里時，每公里0.9元。

高公局說，已公告的計程費率兼顧短途用路人的習慣及長途用路人平均負擔；考量春節多屬於返鄉過節的中長途旅次，為回歸國道以服務中長途用路人為主要目的，將實施單一費率，並取消每日每車20公里免費里程。

高公局研擬3個春節單一費率方案，分別是每公里0.8元、0.9元及1元，還未定案。

高公局分析，國道計程剛上路，為避免費率太複雜，單一費率以每公里1元較理想。

國道計程收費預定30日上路，30日、31日及明年元月1日，高公局給予用路人免費體驗期；明年元月2日起，國道正式開始採用計程費率收通行費。
