wIN7 讀卡機讀不到晶片卡

本身是用WIN7
但被盜多次所以用安全卡
讀卡機 家用型那種的
但我卡插下去 驅動程式都安裝了
他卻告訴我 晶片卡讀取失敗 請確認晶片卡與讀卡機正確插入
但 Win7工作處理視窗有顯示
裝置驅動程式軟體安狀不成功
智慧卡 X找不到驅動程式
讀卡機兩個燈都亮了
是我電腦裡有軟體沒安裝好嗎還是?
他就是怎麼樣也讀不到晶片卡

那是1.2年前朋友給的 還是需要換一台 ?
Win7到底有甚麼解決辦法
拜託各位解答了!
麻煩一下這是近期買的安全卡
還是真的需要換XP才有辦法使用
拜託各位大大求解了!
這樣遊戲無法安心玩有點緊繃..
有任何解決辦法都願意嘗試啊!
