我的rs63缸老是發不了沒電

如題，我的一臺rs６３缸，常常發不起來，電瓶七號的也換過新的，電發常常發不起來，電發的時候有馬達的聲音但是引擎就是沒起來，一直案著電發不會一直有引擎聲音，只有一開始案有２ ３秒的馬達聲，後面就停了，重新按一樣是一下子的聲音，發不到幾次就沒聲音了，沒電了，而我有衝滿過電瓶發引擎就起來了，剛發起來如果沒上一點油門也有時會熄火，而車子放一陣子可能３ ４小時又開始難發了，常常電瓶在沒電 ，還有我發現在車子沒辦法發之前的那一次上路車子上油門感覺速度卡在那邊，引擎有正常加速緊繃的聲音但是感覺不怎麼加速？？比如油門２\３正常速度有７０ 但是發不起來前的那一次上路差不多一直卡在５０，在補油門還是一樣，感覺好像沒電所以速度上不去的感覺，起步是沒差到後面補油門上去的時候，就那樣了，我的啟動馬達是有換過的，專門改車用的，差不多四個月前換的，火星塞也是，是壞在哪裡？啟動盤？啟動馬達？還有車騎長路的話沒發到五次就掛了。。。
