大陸籍李姓男子嚮往台灣生活，20年前認桃園李姓老榮民為養父，還假離婚安排妻嫁給養父，以便他來台依親，未料妻涉妨害風化遭強制出境，養父又過世，他到處陳情，捏造自己從小落海被大陸漁民收養身世，詭計被識破，涉偽造文書罪送辦。

原籍大陸江西的李姓男子（50歲），20年前認識返鄉探親的李姓老榮民，以同姓緣分為由認對方為養父，之後多次以探親名義來台遊玩，愛上台灣生活。

15年前他因超過探親次數無法來台，同年與妻子假離婚，安排妻嫁給養父，以為等到妻取得身分證後，就依親來台定居，未料妻入境不到3個月就涉妨害風化案而強制出境。
