Fed無意提早升息 美股大漲

美國聯準會（Fed）9日公布3月會議紀錄，多名決策官員表示市場過度高估Fed提早升息的可能性，暗示無意提早升息，美股與短期公債價格應聲走高，美元下跌。

道瓊工業指數大漲181.04點或1.11%，收在16,437.18點。那斯達克綜合指數上揚70.91點或1.7%，收在4,183.90點。標普500指數上揚20.22點或1.1%，收在1,872.18點。

根據彭博債券交易報價，美國2年期公債殖利率9日收盤跌3個基點至0.37%；早盤一度上漲2個基點。美元對歐元盤中重貶0.47%，至1.3862美元兌1歐元。

Federated Investor首席股市策略師歐蘭多說：「這份會議紀錄為市場注入強心針，相信Fed並未預設政策指引，比預期更早開始調升利率。」

聯邦公開市場操作委員會（FOMC）3月18-19日會議紀錄顯示，「市場對聯準會何時調升利率的揣測經常言過其實，有可能使外界誤以為委員會有意改變寬鬆立場。」

會議紀錄說：「決策官員一致同意，整體經濟有足夠潛在力道，支持勞動力市場持續好轉。」
