寶鹼寵物食品品牌 瑪氏吃下

（中央社台北2014年4月9日電）彭博報導，未上市的M&M's巧克力與班叔叔（Uncle Ben's）米生產商瑪氏公司同意斥資29億美元現金，買下寶鹼公司的3個寵物食品品牌。

這兩家公司今天在新聞稿中表示，這筆交易將在今年下半年完成。

這筆收購案讓瑪氏公司（Mars Inc.）取得愛慕思（Iams）、優卡（Eukanuba）和Natura品牌，壯大瑪氏原有的寶路（Pedigree）、偉嘉（Whiskas）和法國皇家（Royal Canin）產品線軍容。

去年鳳還巢的寶鹼公司（Procter & Gamble Co.US-PG）執行長雷富禮（A.G. Lafley）則致力削減成本，把公司重心放在核心業務上。

台北時間晚間9時59分，寶鹼紐約股價上漲0.6%，報81.86美元。這檔股價年初到昨天為止近乎持平。（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
