北捷隨機殺人 鄭捷今晨收押

北捷江子翠站昨發生男大生持刀隨機砍人事件，造成4人死亡。犯案21歲男子鄭捷凌晨經新北地檢署複訊後，被依涉犯殺人重罪，且有勾串、逃亡之虞聲押禁見。

新北地院上午6點5分召開聲押庭，不到20分鐘，宣布鄭捷裁定收押，法官認為犯罪事實明確，由鄭捷一人所為，因此並未禁見。上午6點40分已送抵台北看守所，鄭捷戴著口罩，上手銬腳鐐，面對記者提問不發一語，眼神渙散。
