于美人去年離婚官司風波後，首度接新節目：超視《私房話老實說》，與納豆主持，揭祕女性私房話題，日前２人花了３小時特殊化妝，扮成「納美人」拍宣傳片，于從60公斤瘦到49公斤，扮成納美人臉變小、眼睛變大、鼻子變挺，讓納豆誇她好正，完全看不出來是她，還說：「如果我是納美人，一定追妳！」

于說，因為每次上法院壓力很大，開庭１次就瘦１公斤，操勞下瘦了11公斤，加上她學習美食家徐天麟的「下跪減肥法」，吃飽飯後下跪10分鐘，就能把胃部經絡拉直達到減肥功效。友人想幫49歲的她「招桃花」，她說不排斥交朋友，隨緣就好，但不會再走入婚姻，與前夫James的官司，預計７月再開庭，爭小孩監護權。
