標題[請益] hTC薪水的談法

從學校的企研所業後就開始在科技業上班 從事職缺為~採購 目前大概6年多的工作經驗 上周參加 hTC的面試 即將邁入下一關 我目前年薪大約 90萬多一些 (周休二日 9:00am上班 大約都7:30pm下班) 想請問 hTC目前薪質結構是否還是 N*14+分紅嗎? 另外 如果不是RD fuction 請問採購也有分紅嗎? 不知道我這樣的經歷該跟HR談月薪？還是用現在薪水談年薪？ 會不會官方說法，年薪看分紅，分紅看公司營運和個人績效，無法得知。 最後還想請問~ 依照我目前的年薪 如果要跳到 hTC 年薪應該要開多少呢? 感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.141.84.131 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1401293121.A.61D.html
