第35個州 美南卡州同性婚合法

美國同性婚姻維權行動一波接一波，美國最高法院20日駁回南卡羅來納州禁止同性婚禮的請求，為南卡羅來納州成為美國第35個同性婚姻合法州鋪路。

共和黨籍的南卡州檢察長威爾森（Alan Wilson）先前要求，阻止下級法院推翻南卡州同性婚禁令，最後遭到最高法院駁回。這項判決被美國同志維權團體認為是一大勝利。

此外，路易斯安那州同志維權人士表示，將加入爭取同性婚姻行列，要求高等法院針對這個議題裁決，維護同性婚姻權利。
