連一老闆涉炒股獲交保 檢抗告成功

前連一鮑魚董事長鍾文智被控炒作特藝石油TDR股票，不法所得上億元，台北地院日前裁定鍾等4人各以20萬元交保，檢方不服，提起抗告。高等法院審理認為，鍾等人的不法獲利高達1億2千多萬元，符合刑事訴訟法重罪羈押要件，且部分證人尚未到案，鍾等人可能有串證之虞，合議撤銷原裁定，發回北院更裁。

檢方調查，特藝石油2011年2月在台發行8萬張TDR（台灣存託憑證），委託前寶來證券採詢價圈購方式配售；寶來證券經理王永順與鍾文智勾串，配給鍾2萬7千張股票，寶來證券持有的7千張股票也交由鍾操盤。

同年2月25日，特藝石油以每股11.7元掛牌，鍾文智利用製造小量成交假象，讓股票連拉4天漲停；3月4日股價升至16.2元，鍾一次倒貨，獲利1億2千2百萬元，並與王永順、協理何國威、作業組長陳志偉朋分利益。
