呂秀蓮反核四 不排除申請假處分

高等行政法院明天上午將針對新北市公投反核四訴願案，舉行預備庭，前副總統呂秀蓮今天舉行記者會表示，她明天將出庭，陳述反核四的七大理由，未來也不排除向法院申請假處分，阻止台電裝填燃料棒。她也將推動修法，將「逃命圈公投」入法。

呂秀蓮說，明天她號召反核民眾以及委任律師到行政法院大門口集合，呼籲停建核四。

呂秀蓮表示，立法院下會期開始，她將推動修改「核子反應器設施管制法」，須經核電廠周圍50公里範圍內的居民公投同意，才得興建、裝填燃料棒以及正式運轉。
