台灣房產界名人顏炳立捲入桃色風暴，周刊報導顏炳立遭徵信業者偷拍性愛光碟，還遭勒索百萬元，顏炳立為了自保，報警處理，但面對媒體詢問，顏炳立不願意回應。

根據壹週刊報導，台中一位張姓名醫懷疑妻子與顏炳立有染，找上徵信業者調查，徵信業者入侵顏炳立位於宜蘭的別墅，裝上針孔監視器，偷拍到顏炳立與另一女性客戶性愛光碟，情節宛如日本色情影片偷窺畫面。

徵信業者找上顏炳立勒索百萬，顏炳立怕徵信業者需索無度，選擇向警方報案。檢警對於案件極為低調，不願意多談，顏炳立也不願意做出回應。

顏炳立今年56歲，身為戴德梁行台灣分公司總經理，是房地產界名人，也曾出過書談房地產，教人買屋致富。已經離婚的他，曾經與何麗玲過從甚密，外界還一度懷疑兩人在交往。
