鼓勵低污染電池 祭優惠費率

（中央社記者許秩維台北2013年12月4日電）為鼓勵業者製造或輸入對環境友善的產品，環保署今天表示，明年將針對低汞含量的電池產品提供50%的優惠回收費率。

行政院環境保護署表示，台灣廢乾電池回收量逐年穩定成長，自民國91年的923公噸，成長到101年4959公噸；為穩定資源回收管理基金正常運作，並鼓勵業者製造或輸入對環境友善的產品，明年開始將調升部分乾電池回收清除處理費費率。

為鼓勵業者開發綠色生產技術，取代高污染性的乾電池，環保署表示，業者若製造或進口低汞含量的鈕扣型電池（如鈕扣型鹼錳、氧化銀、氧化汞及鈕扣型鋅空氣電池），向環保署申請並經核准後，可適用50%優惠的綠色費率，明年1月1日開始生效。
