男精神不穩　「伸手」搶銀行！大喊：我要搶劫

台南白河的土地銀行3日上午遭一名男子「伸手」搶劫，讓櫃台小姐當場傻眼，保全人員隨後出面勸他離開，但他仍非常堅持要搶劫，最後只好報警處理。

這名男子領有中度身心障礙手冊，今天上午從住家走路3公里到白河土地銀行，一到櫃台就「伸手」朝櫃台小姐大喊：「我要搶劫，把錢交出來」，保全人員上前制止並勸他離開，但是這名男子仍然執意要搶劫，保全人員只好向警方報案。

而銀行100公尺內就有一間派出所，因此警方很快就抵達現場，只花5分鐘就將赤手空拳的男子制伏，並帶回所內訊問。

警方發現，男子對於警方的問題通通答非所問，詢問男子母親後才得知，男子曾治療過精神方面的疾病，出院後也有按時服藥，這次可能是因為喝酒，神志不清，才會釀禍，警方已經依強盜未遂罪嫌將他移送台南地檢署。
