記憶體4G變1.92G可用

你好!小弟電腦規格如下:

檢視圖片 

CPU:AMD 630 X4 2.8GHZ
主機板:ASUS M5A97 R2.0
記憶體:金士頓DDR3 1333 2GX2
顯示卡:ATI 微星5700 DDR3 2G
硬碟:WD SATA2 7200RPM  1TB  32MB
POWER: 籃金鑽500W

小弟的問題是:
如圖顯示記憶體明顯被吃掉!
4G只能用1.92G!為什麼呢? 怎麼辦?
我想用完整的4G~請問各位高手如何解決?
