順天今年推案 增至82億

看好中部房市，順天建設（5525）日前取得台中市北區乾溝子段近600坪土地，預計今年規劃推出總銷約17億元大樓住宅案，順天今年推案金額也將由原訂的65億元，推升至82億元。

順天這次取得的土地，總面積597.74坪，基地位於台中科博館附近，總交易價格5.39億餘元，每坪土地平均單價約90.2萬元。順天去年前11月營收累計23.44億元，較2012年同期下滑6.8%。

看好中部房市前景，順天總經理林丙申表示，順天今年將加碼推案，初步已有台中市崇德路、台灣大道、福星路及科博館等四案將陸續進場銷售，總銷金額合計約82億元。順天31日收盤19.65元，下跌0.2元。

順天第4季「敦凰」、「夏朵」等案銷售略受影響，法人估全年營收上看30億元，每股稅後純益則在2.7元至3元之間。
