爭年終慰問金 退休警敗訴

新竹縣警局退休吳姓警官，不滿退休後領不到5萬多元年終慰問金，憤而打行政訴訟，但法官認為，年終慰問金屬「增發的慰勉性給與」，依據行政院所頒注意事項，吳姓警官不符發給對象，判他敗訴。吳姓警官表示，等收到判決書，再決定是否上訴。
