「檢察長有需要動用偵查機器，起訴小小資訊員嗎？」

這兩天，司法界很多人透過LINE奔相走告這件「新聞」，對這件事的發展，都感到不可思議。「有起訴嗎？這怎可能？」有人說，一定是資訊人員碰觸到檢察長的底線。

地檢署的資訊人員被起訴，移審法院，也引起法官震撼，因為法院的資訊室人員，也是經常在遠端進出法官的電腦，有法官據此警告法院的資訊室，「日後要小心，否則官司臨頭」。

法界人士認為，如果被起訴的資訊人員確實是透過遠端進到檢察官電腦更新軟體，而被依違反電腦使用罪起訴，日後資訊人員要如何維護電腦。
