連假最後一天 北上車潮下午湧現

228連假最後一天，北部下雨出遊人數減少，加上部分民眾昨天提早北返，上午國道全線還算順暢，國1、國3平均時速幾乎都可達80公里以上，國5也有70公里至80公里。不過高公局預估國道下午到晚上還有北上車潮，晚上8時過後才會逐漸紓解。

高鐵可搭乘自由座

雙鐵方面，台鐵下午到晚上9時前的北上自強號、莒光號座位都賣光，高鐵北上訂位也很滿，未買到對號座車票的民眾，可搭乘自由座。

高公局交管組科長宋嵩指出，今天下午起國1西螺到員林、台中到大雅、苗栗到頭份；國3名間到南投、草屯到霧峰、竹南到香山、關西到龍潭；國5頭城到坪林等路段，北上可能塞車。

高公局預估，國1、國3車潮傍晚6、7時左右可紓解；國5車流量較大，要晚上8時後才會恢復順暢。宋嵩提醒，國5從下午3時至晚上8時，北上往台北方向實施高乘載管制，小型車要坐滿3人才能上國5。
