廣東茂名：沒達成共識前決不啟動PX專案

廣東省茂名市政府副市長梁羅躍，今天表示在民眾反PX項目事件看到，部分市民在這個問題上還沒有共識，因此在社會沒有達成充分共識前，決不會啟動該項目。

他解釋，目前市政府沒有制定開工建設芳烴項目的具體時間表。只是處於科普階段，專案環評、立項等前期工作還沒展開，遠未具備國家有關部委同意施工建設的基本條件，離啟動為時尚早。
