《國際產業》晶片設計業務2合1，富士通、Panasonic將成立新公司

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】《日經新聞》報導，富士通公司與Panasonic已經達成協議，最快在今年秋天共同成立一家新公司，以整併兩家公司旗下的系統晶片設計與開發部門。

去年2月，富士通與Panasonic宣布將合併晶片設計業務的計畫，此後便對持有比率與其他細節展開協商。

新成立的公司資本額為500億日圓（4.88億美元），富士通將持有40％股權，Panasonic將持股20％；日本開發銀行將提供其餘40％的資金，並可能獲得優先股。新公司屬於無晶圓廠的晶片設計公司，未來將把設計好的晶片交由代工廠生產。
