阿里巴巴赴美上市 規模贏臉書

（中央社台北2014年4月16日電）有消息指出，中國大陸電子商務龍頭阿里巴巴集團將提交赴美上市的招股說明書，時間最快預計下週一，首次公開發行（IPO）規模可能達160億美元，超越臉書（Facebook）。

路透社引述匿名消息報導，阿里巴巴的IPO相關文件最快可能21日提交。

阿里巴巴IPO規模或逾160億美元，超過此前臉書2012年在美國那斯達克（NASDAQ）創下的紀錄。

但報導未說明阿里巴巴將在紐約證交所或那斯達克上市。

阿里巴巴選擇美國而非香港IPO，當時曾發公告指出，啟動赴美上市事宜，將使公司更透明、國際化，實現阿里巴巴的長期願景和理想。未來條件允許，也將積極參與回歸大陸資本市場，與大陸投資者共享公司成長。
