首支潛水義消分隊 新北成立

〔自由時報記者林嘉東／新北報導〕由廚師、水電工等各行業組成的瑞芳民間緊急救援隊，8年來憑著一股服務熱忱，襄助消防員完成數十起水中搜尋任務，新北市消防局借重他們專長，昨在貢寮四季灣遊艇碼頭為他們舉辦成軍典禮，成為全國首支「潛水義消分隊」。

潛水義消分隊首位分隊長徐朝勝說，他們去年參與救援20多次，「台灣若遇到類似韓國船難意外，隊員也有足夠搜救能力，可以救出受困學生」。

徐朝勝說，分隊成員雖來自各行各業，有的是工程師，有的是水電行老闆，他自己是皇家釣具行老闆，但隊員都是擁有證照的潛水好手。他與30多名隊員96年加入瑞芳民間緊急救援隊以來，只要接獲任務，不管再忙，都放下手邊工作參與救援。

金興發生活百貨副總經理魏嘉賢熱愛潛水和救人，找來同樣熱愛潛水的公司執行長魏嘉伯及總經理魏鳳珍的兩個兒子一起加入潛水救人行列。

來自旅行業的黃婷君是隊上唯一女性。她說，去年7月加入瑞芳民間緊急救援隊，雖尚未投入救援，這幾個月來努力學習，已具備救援條件，只要有任務馬上可上手。
